SPEED Automatic FPC PCB Dual Camera CCD Visual Alignment Steel Blade Platen Die Cutting Machine

 

Our flatbed die cutting machine has flexible optics, you can select from X, X-Y, options to assure consistent optical registration. It can achieve ± 0.025mm (± 0.001 in.) accuracy.

 

It consists of automatic feeding and air shaft unwinding, CCD optical camera alignment die-cutting station, and can be equipped with online stacking and conveying. The die-cutting machine has the functions of automatic material pulling, automatic alignment, automatic slicing, etc.

 

It is suitable for the die-cutting of screen-printed products such as remote controls, membrane switches, mobile phone windows, navigators, FPCs, flexible circuit boards, mobile phone explosion-proof films, etc.
